ReNu Energy PTE LTD provides renewable energy equipment, consultancy services, and project-based solutions.

• Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for standardised products purchased via our online store. Consultancy services, custom engineering, and project contracts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Timeframe: Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods.
• Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Process: To request a refund, email billing@renuenergy.io with your order number and details. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
• Exclusions: Deposits, project milestone payments, and customised orders are non-refundable except where required by law.
