Integrated Waste-to-Energy (WTE) Systems

What is it:

ReNu Energy’s integrated waste to energy systems convert municipal solid waste, plastics, tyres, and other difficult waste streams into useful energy and valuable by products. By combining advanced thermal treatment, pyrolysis, and downstream processing, we create 3 in 1 facilities that manage waste, generate power, and support circular economy outcomes.

  • Thermal Treatment and Gasification

    Sorted municipal waste is incinerated or gasified in controlled, high temperature environments. The heat produced drives steam cycles and turbines to generate electricity, reducing waste volume by up to 90 percent or more compared to landfilling.

  • Energy Recovery

    Electricity produced feeds local grids, microgrids, or industrial users, displacing diesel or coal based power. Where viable, waste heat can be used for cogeneration or district heating to increase overall efficiency.

  • Fly Ash Processing

    Residual fly ash and non combustible materials are treated using vitrification and stabilization to create inert, glass like materials suitable for use in construction products, rather than hazardous waste that requires long term storage.

  • Pyrolysis of Waste Plastics and Tyres

    Dedicated pyrolysis units treat non recyclable plastics, tyres, and sludge, producing fuel oils, syngas, and carbon rich solids. These can be reused as industrial fuels, power generation inputs, or feedstocks for new materials.
