ReNu is the coordinating platform behind the Mangarap Project, a government supported national framework to create fully off grid, self sustaining communities that integrate housing, healthcare, agriculture, waste management, and industry. Starting with pilot sites like Bamban, Tarlac, and expanding to more than twenty locations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, our role is to align funding, technology, and local partners so that each project delivers long term social and economic impact.

Our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Ambassador Dr Gerald James Smith, has more than 25 years of experience leading complex infrastructure, security, and renewable energy programs across Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Pacific. As principal architect of the Mangarap Project, he leads the strategic funding, development, and delivery of large scale clean energy projects that integrate waste to energy, solar, wind, and storage, ensuring that every project brings measurable benefits to both investors and communities.
